MARION, S.C. -- The Pee Dee Growers Market located at the Antique House in front of the Pee Dee Food Hub opened last week.

The local produce market is located at 3215 Bluff Rd. in Marion.

The Market will feature fresh and locally grown produce to support our local Pee Dee Area Growers. In addition, other “Certified SC” products will be available. The Market’s hours of operation will be on Friday’s from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday’s from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

With the support of the Marion County Healthcare Foundation, the USDA and the SC Department of Social Services, the Pee Dee Growers Market continues to offer the Healthy Bucks program. The Program allows SNAP participants to get $10 of free produce when they purchase a minimum of $5 on their EBT card.

The Pee Dee Growers Market supports local Pee Dee Area fruit and vegetable growers. The growers must meet the consistent growing and food safety guidelines of the hub to ensure quality and health standards.
