CAMDEN, S.C. – Zack Reynolds and Bradwin Salmond combined to shut out Florence Post 1 on Wednesday as Camden evened the best of five state playoff series at a game apiece with a 6-0 victory.

Florence is now 31-4 on the season while Post 17 improves to 19-6. The two teams will play the third game tonight at 7:30 p.m. at American Legion Field in Florence.

Reynolds went six strong innings and limited Post 1 to no runs on just three hits with five walks and a strikeout. Salmond pitched a scoreless seventh to complete the shutout.

Noah Carter, Owen Taylor and Will Hardee had the hits for Post 1. Rae Rae McGirt took the loss after going one-plus innings and allowing two runs, one earned, on no hits with four walks and no strikeouts.
