FLORENCE, S.C. — Florence lost 11-3 to Savannah in a game Monday finishing an earlier one that had been postponed. But in Monday's full game, the RedWolves won 7-6 at Sparrow Stadium.

In Game, 1, Mitch Burrow went 3 for 5, and teammate Eldridge Fiqueroa went 2 for 4 with an RBI.

In Game 2, in the bottom of the seventh, Fiqueroa singled in Brandon Mcllwain for the win. Jon-Mitchell Carter tied the game at 6 after Kenny Piper walked with the bases loaded that same inning.

Before that, Savannah scored four in the top of the fifth to take a 6-3 lead. That was after the RedWolves scored three in the bottom of the first.

Fiqueroa went 3 for 4 with an RBI to lead the RedWolves in Game 2.

Florence improves to 15-21 overall and 5-4 in the second-half of the season.

Florence will travel to Savannah at 7 p.m. today.
