COWARD -- Deborah Ham Matthews age 59, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at McLeod Hospice after an illness. A service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday July 5, 2019 at the chapel, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta, and burial will be at St. James Cemetery in the Barrineau community. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM.Born in Clarendon County she was a daughter of the late John Elsivan Ham and Jackie Duke Ham Miles. Deborah graduated Florence Darlington tech, was advisor of County Planning for Florence County, and a charter member of "The Puddin Swamp Singers". She attended Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church.She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Johnnie Lynn Ham, and Kaye Yarborough.She is survived by her Father, John L.
