HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- Two people suffered "non-life-threatening injuries" in an early Saturday morning shooting in Hartsville.

A Hartsville area hospital notified the Darlington County Sheriff's Office about two people who arrived about 1 a.m. by personal vehicle with gunshot wounds, according to a release issued by the agency.

Investigators say the shooting happened at the Markette Convenience Store at 104 W. Bobo Newsome Highway, according to the release.
