NOTICE OF SALE 2018-CP-16-00240 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for CIM Trust 2015-4AG Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2015-4AG against Vickie N. King aka Vicki N. King, Coastal Federal Credit Union, and The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, I, the undersigned Special Referee for Darlington County, will sell on July 1, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. at the Darlington County Courthouse in Darlington, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Oates Community, County of Darlington, State of South Carolina, and designated as 4.59 acres on a Plat prepared by J.E. Buffkin and measuring thereon for a distance of 487.25 feet. All measurements and directions being a little more or less as shown on aforesaid plat to which reference is craved for a more accurate and complete description. Dudley, dated June 7, 1984 and recorded June 12, 1984 in Deed Book 873 at Page 441; thereafter, Debbie King conveyed her interest in the subject property to Ronald E. King, Sr. by deed dated February 11, 1994 and recorded July 29, 1994 in Deed Book D75 at Page 343; thereafter, Ronald E. King, Sr. conveyed the subject property to Ronald E. King, Sr. and Vickie N. King, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, which deed was recorded on January 31, 2012 in Deed Book 1064 at Page 6803. Thereafter, Ronald E. King died on or about May 7, 2012, leaving his interest in the subject property to Vickie E. King, the surviving tenant.
