Mullins Honors Coach Gerald
For years, Mullins High School boys basketball coach Mark Gerald has gone out of his way to help those in and around the school. Saturday, the Mullins community showed its appreciation to Gerald when nearly 300 people showed up for his 49th birthday party.

Morris College Lady Hornets coach Gilbert Wilson added another Marion County athlete to his roster this past week. Lady Foxes forward Delecia Williams has signed a letter of intent to play for the school. “Now, you belong to me,” Wilson joked after Williams had signed.
