NAACP branch schedules forum for candidates

The Marion County NAACP Branch will have a forum for political candidates seeking to serve Marion County from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Marion County Technical Center.
The public will have the chance to ask candidates questions, and candidates are encouraged to bring flyers and platform information to the event, which will be moderated by Larry Smith, CEO of The Community Times newspaper in Florence.
