Man, woman arrested in Florence for prostitution

A Florence man and a Hartsville woman were arrested Thursday night after deputies caught the two nude in a car, Florence County Sheriff Kenney Boone said.
Terry Lee Polite, 48, of 1107 Beauvoin Drive and Melinda Ann Odom, 28, of 225 Weatherford Drive each face a charge of first-offense prostitution, Florence County Detention Center bookings reports show.
Narcotics investigators said at about 8:18 p.m. on Pine Street in Florence, they saw the female suspect get into a Jaguar driven by the male suspect. Deputies followed the two to another location where they believed money was exchanged and found them nude in the car.
Polite and Odom were released from the jail in Effingham on Friday after each posted personal recognizance bonds.

this is ashame and an embaressment to his family, wife and kids. his wife need to get him some help and let his ass go on and be by him self.
