A Florence man was arrested Monday after deputies said he intentionally ran over two people with his car, Florence County Sheriff Kenney Boone said.
Clarence David Moore, 18, of 808 Pitty Pat Drive is charged with two counts of assault and battery with intent to kill, Florence County Detention Center bookings reports show.
The incident happened Aug. 10 in the parking lot of the Warehouse 250 nightclub on South Irby Street, Boone said.
Deputies said the suspect got in an argument with the two victims and decided to attack them with his vehicle.
Both were taken to a local hospital where they were treated for head injuries, Boone said.
Moore remains in custody at the jail in Effingham under a $30,000 surety bond.
