A Florence man was arrested in Horry County after police said he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in Myrtle Beach last month.

Justin Andrew Dunlap, 19, a DISH Network employee, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, J. Reuben Long Detention Center booking reports show.

According to an Horry County police report, the suspect responded to a call for service at a home in Myrtle Beach on July 31, and, while there, he told the customer a tree limb was blocking the reception for his satellite dish. The customer went to move the limb, and during that time, the customer’s 4-year-old daughter told police the suspect came into the house and sexually assaulted her.

On Aug. 6, the girl, who doesn’t speak English, was able to tell investigators what happened, and the suspect was arrested Wednesday.

Dunlap had a first appearance before an Horry County judge morning, but bail wasn’t set.

News13 made a call to DISH Network officials Friday afternoon about the arrest, but received no response.

I’m not buying this. Sounds fishy to me.

(Also, SCNow, you really should have your articles proof-read. Grammatical errors are a very bad reflection on a newspaper. I have read three articles this morning, and every one had errors.)
