Representatives from the city of Myrtle Beach are due in court Monday to face a federal lawsuit.  The lawsuit was filed over the 15 bike ordinances passed by Myrtle Beach City Council in September.  City spokesman Mark Kruea says the city manager and city attorney will be in U.S. District Court in Florence for the hearing.  The plaintiffs claim the city’s ordinances violate both the US and South Carolina constitutions.
