Horry County police officer arrested, charged with arson

South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Agents arrested a Horry County Police officer Wednesday.
32- year old Kyle Gary Bell is charged with arson.
Bell is from Nichols.
According to reports, Bell is charged with setting fire to a track of land belonging to the International Paper Company in Longs.
