Dozens of Myrtle Beach Police Officers set up near the intersection of Farrow Parkway and Kings Highway on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Police say they were performing a checkpoint just like they would at any time of the year. They say they were mostly checking to make sure motorists had valid driver’s licenses, registration and proof of insurance.
In addition, police say they were also checking for equipment and noise violations.

To bad it took you an hour to get home from work. If we didn’t have to deal with the bikers and the saftey concerns they create this problem would not have exsited.
