Sausage and Potatoes served with French Green Beans

1 lb Italian sausage
3 lbs red skin potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees…Cut sausage into 1 inch links…cut potatoes into bite size pieces with skin on…put potatoes into a roasting pan…Add sausage on top..pour oil in pan…add water to almost cover potatoes…cover with aluminum foil…bake for 50 minutes
