Roka Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients: 1 - 8 oz pack cream cheese
        1 glass jar Kraft brand Roka Blue cheese spread
        1 small onion, finely chopped
        1 tsp lemon juice
        small dab mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Mix all ingredients, form into a ball, wrap, and refrigerate a few hours to firm up.

Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in 1/2 cup chopped pecans before serving. Cover cheese ball in these pecans. Serve with Ritz crackers.

You will NEVER have any leftovers with this recipe.  Enjoy.
