1 large fryer (3 1/2# approx.)  **see note below for another option1 pkg. spaghetti ( or spaghettini) (1#)

1 15 oz. can chili w/o beans                                                             1/4# sharp cheddar cheese

1 can tomato sauce

1 large green sweet pepper

1 large onion

3 stalks celery

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Boil chicken until tender and remove meat from bone.  Cook onions, sweet pepper and celery in small pan in chicken broth.

Cook spaghetti in broth.

Combine all ingredients (except cheese) and mix well.  Pour in to long baking dish (13x9) and grate cheese on top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

**NOTE:  Rather than boiling a fryer, you can use a pre-prepared rotisserie chicken purchased at your supermarket.  I selected a smoked flavor chicken.  Using one of the other flavors will, of course, change the flavor of the completed dish.

Use a large can of chicken broth (plus additional water, if necessary) for cooking the spaghetti and vegetables.
