ingredients:
1 package of sliced almonds
1 pack of chicken flavor ramon noodles
1 large head or two smaller heads of nappa cabbage
1 bunch of spring onions
4 table spoons of sesame seeds
1 cup oil
6 or 7 tablespoons of apple cidar vinegar
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 chicken seasoning packet from the ramon noodles

cooking instructions:
1.  chop up in small bite size pieces the leafy portion of the nappa cabbage; chop up the spring onions and mix the two together and set aside
2. in frying pan add some butter and lightly brown almonds, crushed ramon noodles and sesame seeds, then set aside.
3. next mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packet.  when ready to eat mix the oil mixture into the cabbage and then add the almonds and noodle mix.
