“Big G’s” Famous Baby Back Ribs

ingredients:
3 racks of Baby Back Ribs, white vinegar, liquid smoke, pork rub, sweet barbecue sauce.
rub:
2 Tb. Cayenne pepper
3 Tb Paprika
2 Tb. Garlic powder
2 Tb. Onion powder
1 Tb. Black pepper
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Kosher salt
cooking instructions:
Rinse rubs and cut off membrane from bone side of ribs. work the rub into the ribs, then spray with 4 parts of white vineger to 1 part liquid smoke. Wrap ribs and refrigerate overnight.
Cook on grill, 200 degrees, indirect heat, for approx 2 hours. Last 1/2 hour, slap on your favorite barbecue sauce and enjoy.
