Collision claims life of woman in Hartsville
According to Darlington County Coroner J. Todd Hardee, Nikki Nicole Outen, 23, of Lancaster died when the vehicle she was driving collided with an oncoming car at about 10 p.m., Saturday. The collision occurred on Lakeview Blvd., near Hartsville.
