Monster, an online job recruitment and careers resource, is moving forward with plans for its Florence based customer service call center headquarters by opening a recruiting section on its Web site dedicated to the Florence positions.

The Web site gives jobs prospects access to the customer service center’s database of available positions, according to a press release.

The positions range in level and skill from entry level to managerial.

About 200 jobs are posted right now, although the company is planning to hire for 350 positions at first.

According to the release, training is slated to begin in August at Florence-Darlington Technical College.

On June 26, Monster announced its plans to invest $28 million and bring 750 jobs over five years through building a customer-service facility in Florence County.
