The Pee Dee Realtor Association had a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony June 17 at its new location, 1375 Celebration Blvd., Florence.
“This new building will enable our board to better serve our membership, resulting in better trained, more professional Realtor members,” Joey McMillan, chairman-elect, said in a press release.
“It is a state-of-the-art facility. It was designed to meet the technology needs of member Realtors, who are constantly learning new software and hardware to keep up with the challenges of the real estate industry,” Jean Leatherman, chairwoman of the building committee and regional vice president for the S.C. Association of Realtors, said in the release.
