FLORENCE, S.C. – Newt Gingrich said he isn’t ruling out another run for the White House in 2016.

The former speaker of the U.S House of Representatives who captured South Carolina’s GOP primary in 2012 said before a speaking engagement in Florence on Wednesday he hadn’t given another run a the party’s nomination much thought but said he would consider another campaign.
