FLORENCE, S.C. -- South Irby Street could be closed off at the 1100 block most of Wednesday while AT&T crews replace three broken utility poles following a bucket truck crash that pulled power lines down.

The crash, which happened about 8 a.m., involved a Carolina Tree Services truck -- a contractor for Duke Energy Progress -- that apparently was moved from a parking area with its boom extended.
