South Carolina Superintendent of Education Dr. Mick Zais was in Florence on Monday to talk education with local administrators and the members of the Florence Rotary Club.

During a lunch-time address at the club’s regular Monday luncheon at the Florence Civic Center, Zais encouraged personalizing each student’s educational experience and maintained that effective education systems should not take a one-size-fits-all approach.
