SNIP seeks to reduce Pee Dee's unwanted pet population

Last year, tens of thousands animals were euthanized in Florence, Darlington, and Dillon counties. The staggering numbers speak to the huge numbers of unwanted pets in the Pee Dee.

Come January, however, people in the Pee Dee will have a new low-cost option to having their pets spayed or neutered.
