Florence Police respond to noise complaint, arrest 10 at party

FLORENCE, SC -- Nine adults and one juvenile were arrested while an 11th person escaped early Saturday morning after police who responded to a noise complaint broke up a West Cedar Street party.

Officers responded at 3 a.m. to 406 West Cedar Street, Apt. B, and could hear the party from the building's front yard, Maj. Carlos Raines, Florence Police Department public information officer, said.
