LUMBERTON – Lumberton police arrested two teenage boys on Thursday and charged them with murder.

The charges stem from an incident that happened March 19 on Clewis Street. Police say several people began arguing in the street. They soon became violent, and 39-year-old Michael Cornell Chuang was shot and killed. His 15-year-old son, Michael Chavez Chuang was also shot, but survived.
