The company built its original Dillon distribution center in 2001 and expects to complete the expansion by early 2014. The project will create 200 jobs.

DILLON — Harbor Freight Tools’ largest distribution site is officially getting larger.

Local officials, economic developers and Harbor Freight Tools’ vice president of East Coast operations Robby Roberson were on hand Thursday to announce the $75 million expansion that will bring 200 new jobs to an area that has the highest unemployment rates in the state.
