BOTTLE TALK: Italy’s sexy Piedmont region

I’ve often said I have a love-hate relationship with Italian wine. Before you call out the guys with the middle name “the” to pay me a visit (Johnny the Fish, Jimmy the Squirrel, etc.), let me explain myself. I am a huge fan of wines that go with food, and Italy certainly checks that box for me.
