The City of Hartsville, in conjunction with the Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce, Hartsville Downtown Development, and Darlington County Tourism, will host the first Hartsville Restaurant Week, April 12 - 19.
For one week customers will be able to partake in the city’s finest fare at a special discount price. From fine dining to more casual options, participating restaurants will feature combinations of special menu items, promotions and discounts. Hartsville Restaurant Week will allow diners to sample new restaurants, dine at old favorites and taste a variety of exceptional dishes being prepared at a great value. Participating restaurants were encouraged to feature dishes and drinks that are popular among their guests, new menu items, and personal favorites.
“This exciting new event was developed to showcase the outstanding culinary scene here in our city,” said Mayor Mel Pennington. “Our hope is to help foster local business and promote Hartsville as a premiere dining destination for local and regional food lovers.”
There are currently nine participating businesses: Bizzell’s Food & Spirits, Bow Thai Kitchen, Golden Dragon II, Hartsville Fish Market, J. Michael’s Grill and Raw Bar, Los Tres Hermanos, The Midnight Rooster, The Village Café, and Vintage Wine Boutique.
